Communardo Products is a specialized SaaS B2B vendor within the Atlassian ecosystem, dedicated to enabling the collective intelligence of modern organizations. Our 65-person team is transitioning from standalone apps to integrated Solution Suites across Knowledge & Work, Developer Experience, and Service Management. We architect the intelligent systems that turn fragmented data into actionable workflows, helping global enterprises work smarter through AI-ready, Forge-native solutions.
Our main offices are in Dresden, Zurich and Tirana and we offer hybrid and remote positions across Europe.
The Challenge
You will inherit a successful, stable business and transform it into a high-velocity, solution-led enterprise SaaS organization. You will be responsible for builing close relationships with our customers, partners and the Atlassian GTM teams, and aligning our Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and RevOps teams into a single, cohesive force.
Your role
Build the GTM Machine: You aren’t just managing a team; you’re designing the blueprint. You will integrate Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success into one high-performing revenue organization
Pivot to Solutions: Lead the charge in repositioning our portfolio of standalone apps into strategic domains: including Knowledge & Work and Developer Experience
Architect the Partner Motion: Deepen our relationships with the Top Atlassian Solution Partners for the strategic domains, turning them into a strategic extension of our salesforce for enterprise organizations.
Install a Customer-First Culture: Move us to a "customer-in" strategy. You’ll build the Customer Success function from scratch to ensure our Enterprise Cloud customers don’t just buy—they thrive.
Drive RevOps Excellence: Implement the data structures and CRM workflows needed to track and hit our ambitious growth targets

The Ecosystem Expert: You know the B2B SaaS world inside out (Atlassian ecosystem experience is a plus but not required).
The Strategic Operator: You have the foresight to define our direction and the professional rigor to oversee the revenue systems and enablement and channel structures required for a world-class GTM organization
The Culture Catalyst: You believe that a Customer First culture starts with leadership. You are empathetic, direct, and focused on empowering your team
The Enterprise Navigator: You understand how large organizations buy and know how to clear the security, legal, and compliance hurdles inherent in Enterprise Cloud deal
