Solution Architect (gn) D365 | Stakeholder: Internal Sales & Marketing

team: Business IT of SoftwareOne | pensum: full time

location: Germany or Poland / working model: hybrid

In a nutshell:

As a Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our internal sales force at SoftwareONE. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of customized D365 solutions.

The key responsibility:

• Design and architect end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and extension.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Lead and guide development teams in implementing D365 solutions, providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for clients and project teams to showcase D365 capabilities and functionalities.
• Stay updated on the latest D365 features, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
• Identify risks and issues during the project execution and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of D365 solutions through rigorous testing and optimization.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development

The direct Lead:

your experience & knowledge

• 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex D365 implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• In-depth knowledge of D365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Finance, and Operations.
• Strong understanding of D365 customization and configuration, including entity customization, workflow configuration, and business process flows.
• Experience with D365 integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third-party tools.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, are highly desirable.

• Team player able to work with internal as well as external development teams in different locations
• Working on a senior level: Self-Managed, Self-Motivated and used to work in different teams and different projects in parallel  
• Fast learner adapting, disciplined executer and is fully focused on customer satisfaction
